WinRAR and Dropbox items are missing from context menu

WinRAR and Dropbox items are missing from context menu if TC running as the Administrator
That started from TC version 11 while everything was fine in 10.*

ok, thank you
however Dropbox items still not visible if TC run "as admin"

Many functions don't work when running as admin. You should not run as admin for regular work, just to access system files, which should not be a regular task.

for me regular task is drag-and-drop image functionality from TC to Photoshop or 3ds Max which is not working without admin privileges

Are you perhaps opening those two programs with admin privileges, also when you run TC without those privileges
