It will be nice to have option in settings which disables some (or all) History functionality (i.e. MkDirHistory). I think that this is not everyones taste. Is it possible to add this feature?

There is a workaround in TC7. You can move all history sections from wincmd.ini into another INI file, make that new INI read-only, and TC will not save any history. See help (section 4.b wincmd.ini) for details.
