Where? TC does show the icon overlay for admin mode when you turn on icon overlays.

TC doesn't show the icon overlay for admin mode even if IconOverlays is ON

Explorer shows admin overlay icon in the bottom right corner

It's indeed very strange, I'm quite sure that it has worked in the past. What's even more strange is that Vista shows TWO overlays for a link (*.lnk) pointing to such an admin tool. Maybe something was changed in the mechanism so Vista now shows two different overlays? I have no idea...

I'm pretty sure it used to work in the past as well, but here I sit with Total Commander v7.50a on Windows 7 32-bit and looking at the ATI Catalyst 10.2 drivers I downloaded the other day. Windows Explorer shows the little admin overlay icon while TC does not.

Not terribly important, but a little annoying because I know it used to work perfectly.

It seems like Microsoft changed something recently, but I cannot find any documentation of what they changed. So for the moment, I cannot add these shield overlays, sorry.
