Thanks very much for the perfect answer.
I tried the modification in the params like you mentioned and tested it. Now I know what you meant by then not being able to use solution 1 anymore.

But because 99 times out of 100 option 1 is what I want, I will then still use your command by a shortcut (like I am used to do), and just add a button in the button bar for using the cm_CompareFilesByContent which will cover the 1% I sometimes need.

Anyway, because it is the first time I post in this thread, I also would like to congratulate you on your work. I found a lot of useful commands / ideas to rework my menus in it !

Stéphane

Updated version 7.50rc1 of the menus is available for download (same links):

New:
  • Included Old Style Help file (totalcmd.hlp) in stead of HTML Help file.
  • New menu item for running separate instance of Sync with only selected files.
  • Updated .lng and .inc files.
  • Smaller changes to .ini file

Notice: If you have previously installed the addons from this package including the HTML Help, then you have to delete the file wcmd_eng.chm in the language folder in order to use TC's new default totalcmd.chm HTML Help file. Exclamation

-------------------

Nyt:
  • Inkluderet Old Style hjælpefil (totalcmd.hlp) i stedet for HTML hjælpefil.
  • Nyt menupunkt for kørsel af separat instans af Sync med kun valgte filer.
  • Opdateret .lng og .inc filer.
  • Mindre ændringer i .ini fil.

Bemærk: Hvis du tidligere har installeret udvidelserne fra denne pakke inklusive HTML Hjælp, så er du nødt til at slette filen wcmd_dan.chm i language mappen for at kunne anvende TC's nye standard totalcmd.chm HTML hjælpefil. Exclamation

There is a little typo in the new version:
5923="Find &next\tF3 / F5 / Skift+F7"

Thanks - it is not really a typo - it is an untranslated cut-and-paste from the Danish version.

Please see http://ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=179002#179002 and the following posts.

As I don't have acces to Win 7 I can't help you, without some help from you guys.

If you can tell me which items that don't work, then I can maybe find solutions on internet.

Hello Petermad, did you plan to build the menus for Windows 7?
Not all Icons are shown in the newer OS. Also the control center has more entries.

2petermad,

Noticed a slight spelling error under the Misc Menu. The first line has:

(from Listbox or Brandh View).

Should that be Branch?
