Hello,

almost always when I try to copy tens/hundreds MB from my notebook to PC (target in UNC form) TC stops work. The Copy dialog's buttons are still clickable but program does nothing. I can shut down the application via Task Manager (TC has status Running) but the process TOTALCMD64.EXE is "immortal" and one has to restart the machine.
I've rolled back to beta5 with no luck. It has exactly the same problem. 32bit version seems OK.

Thanks

notebook: W7 64 Pro (admin rights)
PC: W7 64 Pro (admin rights)
NET: 802.11n, WPA2

This is very strange. Could you create a "hang" report for me, please? It works like this:
1. Kill TC via Task Manager (first page, not the one with the processes)
2. Windows will offer to send a report to Microsoft. Keep that dialog open!
3. Go to the TEMP directory and press Ctrl+B
4. There should be a file with extension .mdmp or .dmp
5. Pack that file with ZIP and send it to me as an attachment

I can't retest this issue just now because I'll be at home on Friday. If I rebember correctly there was no such dialog. TC wasn't in "not responding" status. Well, we'll see...

You only get a report if you force-close a hanging program.

Hmmm..., I'm just trying to invoke this issue in the new TC8beta7 and no luck. The copy operation is OK. If this problem happens again I'll send you thouse files.

Hello, I forgot to report that the problem was in the network autotuning setting. After disabling it the network became stable.

Thanks, Tomas
