Hi there,
I'm trying to manage my files and folder on Galaxy S3 by using total commander. Unfortunately it shows on win explorer as a device which I hate.
So, it doesn't assign a drive letter.
I checked a disk management program as well and no success.
I googled it.
Couldn't find anything.
Looks like nobody cares about it.
Stupid windows explorer users.....
The only solution I found so far, I installed an FTP server program called "SwiFTP" on my Galaxy and then I can use total commander, but it very slow and sometimes it drops connection.
Anyone knows this issue, or should I install some application or select some settings?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am using windows XP Pro.
Thanks in advance

Maybe the S III USB configuration menu has some other options, such as: 'USB device', 'Removable drive', 'Debugging', 'Modem', etc.

Besides, there's an excelent plugin to bridge your android phone with Total Commander thru USB or Wifi: http://www.totalcmd.net/plugring/android_adb.html

The phone needs to be rooted, and use a simple app to enable ADB (this one is very good: http://goo.gl/q3tKz)

Cheers!

Maybe this helps:

- Menu -> Commands -> Open Desktop Folder
- Open the folder "Computer"

Or create a button with command "cm_OpenDrives"
