TC2.05b5 hangs after browsing back to the TC home panel

Post by *Aurora Borealis »

Hello,

TC2.05b5 (and b4) hangs after browsing from any folder back to the TC home panel with the ".." button, the "house-icon"-button or with the hardware "back"-key. After a while an android message says, that TC has been stopped.

TC 2.04 and TC2.05b3 do not have this problems.

This issue occures at my LG L9II (D605) phone with Android 4.4.2 without root rights but with write access to the external SD Card, which has been made writable using towelroot and NextApp-SDFix (like described in the thread "How to get back write access to SD-Card on Android 4.4", but without deleting the 3 files in /system/* , since the LG phone looses root rights after restarting)

I could reproduce the problem with your instructions. The problem is that it isn't TC which hangs, but the su command. I will try to add a workaround. But please do yourself a favor and remove the su command: Just run Towelroot again, and then use my removal tool to remove root correctly:
