Now TC wasn't using that much memory, 47 MB only.
I was viewing a dir using a custom columns view that only shows the filename, extension and file comment (sorted by comment) in a dir of ~88.000 files of which ~2000 had comments and I was deleting 1386 of them. The error showed up upon deleting file #404.
Upon pressing OK nothing happened, only the error message disappeared and I was back to the delete dialog frozen at file #404, couldn't Cancel the operation or anything, it was just there, stuck. Had to kill using task manager.
