Widget TC Editor crashes TC

Post by *atl4ntis »

I'm running a KitKat 4.4.4 based AOSP-ROM. Using TC 2.60 beta 2.

Every time I start the Editor with the widget and hit save, TC crashes.

WHERE do you try to save? Kitkat doesn't allow to save to the external SD card. Maybe this is the problem?

I can't even choose where to save. When I hit the disk icon, a notification appears, that TC crashes and the Editor closes.

This happens when you passed a file name to the editor. What file was that?

I don't think that I passed a filename. How would I do that?

I created a widget on the desktop -> TC Editor. I start the Editor with that widget, hit the disk icon ... and bang.

Perhaps this might help: My device is a Nexus 5 and I'm using the Standard Google Now Launcher.

Ah, thanks for the details, I could reproduce it now! I will fix it in the next beta.

2.6 beta 3 works like a charm. Thanks!

And thanks for that great Android file manager.
