What exactly should I add? The media player already shows controls on the wear device. The file system isn't accessible, at least no common location as on Android.

sorry for not adding any real value...

but this is ridiculuous.... it's already a challenge to have a filemanager with good userexperience on 4" screen.
Why would anyone want to manage their files on 1" display?

if it is only a one window it is ok too because I can easy delete pushed files for example but with swipe left and write you can go to the second window

Without root you can't really do anything with a file manager on Android Wear. And with root you would lose automatic updates and not gain much.

I have installed su on my watch. This is not the problem to lose the automatic update. You will lose it on smartphone too if you install a custom rom like me

Sorry, there are no plans for a Wear version. I'm using my Wear watch daily, but I never saw the need for a Wear version of Total Commander.
