TC-2.5/Android freezes while copying big files to sdcard

Hello,
reproduciblely TC-2.5/Android freezes while copying big files (800 - 900 Mb, TWRP-backups) from internal storage to attached sdcard.

Mobile freezes, hard reset and cold reboot is necessary (Samsung Galaxy S with MackayRom-KitKat 4.4.4 CM, rooted)
After restarting TC attached screenshot is displayed.

Root Explorer copies all the files without any problems. Any hint about this behaviour?

I do not have this problem. How long did you wait?

About 10 minutes.
Root Explorer did finish copying in about 5 minutes without problems, so i assume an issue with TC and my system!?

Do you get a progress bar in TC?

yes, progress bar is shown in TC, but freezes too.

Attached a screenshot from copying a whole backup directory internal sdcard0 to external sdcard1.

Start: 11:23 h, freezing after copying small some files.
Still same progress bar at 11:33 h, no further acivities, mobile is very laggy, "hard working"...
Attempt to kill TC process at 11:39 h => no success
Attempt to restart mobile => no success

=> removing battery and cold reboot has been needed once more

Unfortunately I'm not aware of any error which could be causing this, sorry. My root copy tool is very simple, it just writes the data in a loop.

Try using the tool sdfix from the play store, this way no root functions are needed any more.
