Feature Request: Resume All function for FTP Upload

In the FTP upload dialog, when a file already exists, there are skip all and overwrite all buttons, but no resume all butoon.

When uploading / downloading many files with poor connection, the transfer is sometimes canceled in between leaving one incomplete file.
In that case, I would like to just restart the entire transfer of all files again, and just transfer the missing data.

At the moment, I will already get a "file exists" dialog for the first file. Then, I have to click "resume" over and over again, until it hits the file where the connection was lost. "Skip all" does not help, as in that case also the incomplete file will be skipped.
