plugin not found wifi/ lan

hello everybody,

i managed to connect to my windows 7 pc, but could not enter a share.

When i tried to copy a file i selected with wifi and the message
"plugin not found wifi/ lan" occured.

I am lost now! Hope someone could help me.

If you cannot enter a share, it usually means that you entered wrong credentials (user name or password), so the plugin is showing the shares as a guest user. You cannot copy files to the list of shares, so make sure you log in correctly.

hello amin,

thanks for the reply.

i used the user / password and it still gives me no access.

is there something wrong on the windows 7 pc with sharing?
when i make a share i give everyone access en then again check
if the settings are ok i see that the share is set to nobody.

hope you can help me with this.

There is nothing wrong, but it's possible that the local login name is NOT the same as the network login name. This happens when the PC was installed for user name X, and the name was later changed via control panel - user accounts.

:D it works! thank you.

Is it possible to use the current username, because the old one has
been "renamed".

I know this is not the right forum, but is it possible in the next lan-plugin
that TC calculates the amount time is needed for the copy/ deleting process?
Just like in the windows version.
