Nexus 5X: Can't access my NAS anymore, only with plugin.

Hi, this is embarrassing. I installed Total Commander on my Nexus 5X and "poked around". It looks good, it can get to all of the places I need.

Next I wondered, "can it get to my NAS?", so I poked some more. Yes it can. I even played a few video clips, then went back to looking at folders in my phone.

Finally I tried to get a bit more organised and find things logically rather than randomly and... I can't see my NAS anywhere.

I have even uninstalled / reinstalled TC, I have not done any configuration nor installed any add ons. What am I doing / not doing wrong?

OK, I have installed the TC LAN (WebDAV) plugin, told it the IP address of my NAS and everything is fine. But it worked previously without any plugins. Honest! I didn't sleep walk through installing a plug in and configuring it.

Ah well. Any chance of a "scan" function"?
