[9.0] FTP file content synchronization - second note

This problem is also in version 8.5, but if it will be repaired in version 9.0 I will be very happy.

When I connect to a FTP server and synchronize a file content, TotalCmd asks me if I want to overwrite the synchronized file.

If I remember well in version 8.0 was an opportunity to rename the uploaded file before its transfer.
It was very useful for transferring of larger files or when you have a slow connection.

Now other server users can use an incomplete file during the transfer process - for example if the file is linked from a web server the users can download an incomplete content, web server can run incomplete scripts etc.

I would like to clarify my description - it is not "File sync" but "Compare by content".
If it helps to change your decision I will be grateful.
