Synchronize screen to spreadsheet

Hello,

I really like the utility of the synchronize feature to show the differences between two directories. However, I have a need to copy the data onto a spreadsheet for further work and annotation.

The only feature that I find is the Print function. and that will not help me at all.

Is there any way to take that data and pop in into a spreadsheet?
