If you mean INI file, just open Help - About.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

No. It must be an inf file.

Which INF file do you mean? The only INF file that is related to TC is ised by its installer, there are no INF files used by TC itself.
