Compare all files in two folders By Contents - ignore CRLF

I'd like to compare all files (they are all text files) in two folders by content (from the Sync Dirs dialog), but i'd like to ignore CR/CRLF differences in them. Any suggestions anyone?

You can use Compare as text plugin function. In Sync dialog, enable by content option and click >> button near it. In the dialog, add file masks and select [=tc.Compare as text] plugin function for them.
