Help: I have huge icons in menu, how to fix?

Hi there. I got a new MS Surface 4 Pro and when I connect an external screen (which is not high-dpi) the icons in the total commander menus are huge. How can I fix this? (How to add a screenshot to this post?)

TC supports high DPI, but it does not yet support separate DPI per screen. This is a new feature added with Windows 8, but only started working properly with Windows 10 creators update. I'm currently trying to get this to work with TC, but it has already taken several weeks. Currently, the 32-bit version works fine, but the 64-bit version still gives some problems.
