Now, Open help file with F1 in some lang, the help file order is
1. language\WCMD_(lan).chm
2. TCPAth\TOTALCMD.CHM
but when use custom lang with the name is NOT TC's language file name, like "WCMD_CHN_HOME", it open only the file TCPAth\TOTALCMD.CHM
can it add a function use the same name like the custom lang file?

You need to call your language file WCMD_HOME_CHN.LNG instead of WCMD_HOME_CHN.LNG. Then TC will look for help file:
language\WCMD_CHN.chm
language\WCMD_CHN.chm

Yes I did! The important thing is that the language code is at the end of the name.
