I think that an Icon in menu item "Run As Administrator" from contextual menu of an button from button bar would be nice.
I mean like main menu items: before the description it is an icon on most items.
The icon can be the same as on copy/move action ("As Administrator" button have an Icon)

Why would you want to implement an Icon for only one PopupMenu option if none of the other options have an Icon?

no, just no. knowing how much hasle popupmenu + icons is, we dont need icons there
