Keyboard remapping configuration improvement

The Redefine hotkeys (Keyboard remapping ) feature deserve a whole section in configuration (like Options>Configuration>Zip Packer) and the today's existent combobox can be changed by a listbox, making more ease to find the commands.
As an example I put here a picture of the Key Mapping in the Ultraedit Text Editor, I think such an approach it easier to use. Better keyboard remapping

Yes, that's looking nice - I had to save tabs when I was still using the normal tabbed sheet. Now that I use the list approach, it should be no problem to add another cathegory.
