Why im see TC when i press Alt+Tab?
Why im not see there eMule or other programs that minimize to system tray.

This is actually a feature, not a bug! It was very difficult to achieve. Since Total Commander is mainly used with the keyboard, it would be bad if it couldn't be reached via the keyboard when minimized to the tray! Pressing ENTER after Alt+Tab is necessary to avoid that TC restores without user intervention, e.g. when closing all other programs.

And about windows, im never uninstall my pc..
When i have problem i fix it myself without uninstalling nothing.

Xtrician, try to disable WindowsBlinds and if problem disappear (and I bet it will, since I use all Stardock programs) then start WB again and set "Per APplication" for TC only (in WB config).

Anyway, if the problem continues after this, you can do a little workaround:
1. Turn off TC's tray feature
2. Go to WB->User Overrides->Advanced Settings
3. Set left or double click on caption to "minimize to tray"

Or you can use 3th party tool like excelent DM2 (I guess this one may present more trouble with WB)

If you are using ObjectBar or DesktopX then this is certanly their failure.

And... one more thing. Pay no attention to some disastrous species in the neighbourhood.
