Ftp UpperCase automatic

Why if i copy a file p.e. "File.txt" with ftp it become "FILE.TXT" in destination?
How i can to do to copy namefile like?

Please uncheck the configuration option "show old 8.3 names lowercase" to see the files exactly as stored on disk. On ftp servers, TC always shows the files exactly as stored, therefore the difference.

I suppose that you have Configuration -> Display -> Show 8.3 filenames lowercase option turned on, and that you file is really FILE.TXT, not File.txt (it's just shown in such a manner). Check this please...
