My settings are:
"Tabs on multiple lines" - ON
"Limit tab title length to..." - OFF
"Show locked tabs with an asterisk *" - ON
To confirm this bug, you have to do the following steps:
1. Create some tabs such that the rightmost tab be as close as possible to the right end of panel:

2. Lock tabs one by one. It does not matter whether to allow or not the directory change. One thing that matters is an asterisk in the tab title. Each time you lock a tab the tab row gets wider by one char. For example, after locking 2 tabs:

3. After one of the lock commands the tabs get too large to fit in the panel and... oops:

Some tabs get invisible!. But it is just a beginning.
4. To view "hidden" tabs you have to execute the "cm_RereadSource" command:

It looks like that everything is all right, isn't it? Don't hurry. Now unlock one tab:

Voila`!

Total Commander does not adjust the panel height when you just lock/unlock a tab. I will try to add this to the next release.
