Hello,
for many years I use Total Commander (allready when it was called WinCommander).
From time to time I discover the same error:
The colomn "Show" sometimes appears in reversed order. In the beginning I thought I did something wrong or I did chose for the reversed order, but after so many years I begin to wonder if there is a bug in the program. I certainly did not choose the reversed order, but still - about once a week - there it is again.
I know it's not a big error but I'm curious to know what's happening.
Who can help me?
Paul

Welcome on board.
I think the reverse of the order happens when you accidentially click on the name column. This way you can reverse the sort order, and clicking once again it reverses the sort order again.
That happsn to me sometimes, too.

Hello Sheepdog,
it's a simple answer and it can be the right answer! I never thought of this possibility. While I use TC very often and jump from one window to the other, it's possible that I misplace the mouse a little.
I have a try and let you know if this resolves my problem,
