move files to parent folder

hi, i didn't find this in the forum, so:
-if a get a folder with many subfolder, use the branch view, try multi-rename, how can i get the counter resets in every subfolder?
-in the same case, how can i move every file to the parent folder? if i try moving to [..] they go to the absolute parent folder from where i use branch. i want them moved to the relative parent folder of each file.
-this isn't new: any way to branch view only the selected dirs?

You cant do anything like that from TC.
You must write some for of script.
