Plugin search

Post by *frenky »

Hi *,
is there a plugin, i think FS plugin would do a trick, that has a option to only accept audio files to be copied to, and when they are copied to it, it automaticaly compresses them with audio codec that is preselected to preselected location.

And of course, has some queue..

I think that packer plugin would not be as flexible as FS plugin because you can browse directories and add files to queue as you come along them...

A bit specific (understatement  ), but maybe exists...

Thanks is advance!

I think so, try CD Ripper (don't let the name mislead you).

Maybe the author of Bitrate converter could make such a plugin. He has already made a packer plugin to convert between audio codes.

Sooo close.
But one feature missing...

Destination folder.
If it were only possible to select folder from:
"\\\CD-Ripper\Convert\"

to something like
"\\\CD-Ripper\Convert\c\UsbPlayer\upload"

And then encode to that folder instead of the one where original audio is located. I can live without queue :)

Thanks.

Have you placed dll files (bass.dll, basswma.dll, basscd.dll, bass_ape.dll, bassflac.dll and lame_enc.dll) on the system path (%WINDOWS%\system32 is recommended)?

Yep. But, I had bass.dll v1 loaded before it was overwritten with v2.2 so there was the problem...
I had to restart TC :?: :?: to fix this. Unfrequent and unnatural task for me :)

+ When I loaded plugin eventualy, It was listed as
0,C:\totalcmd\Plugins\wcx\BitRateConverter\BitRate_Converter.wcx
So I had to change it to:
223,C:\totalcmd\Plugins\wcx\BitRateConverter\BitRate_Converter.wcx
to be able to encode.

Too much work... FS plugin would be better:)
