I suggest to make a separate plugin for that. Nobody will look for a plugin named "UnicodeTest" when he wants to find locked files.

As I said to van Dusen, I don't understand how function AscW works, so I can't make his modification to plugin...

AscW function is not that smart...
MSDN states:

Code: Select all

AscW returns the Unicode code point for the input character. This can be 0 through 65535. The returned value is independent of the culture and code page settings for the current thread.

Not sure how can this be done in C++...

I also recommend that should separate unicode and locked plugin.
When i only want to search the files which locked.
But the result will show the file "partial unicode" and the "access" as "locked"

You can now search only locked files - just add _only_ "Locked test" field.
