Is it possible to work with just a single view (screen) on occasion rather than always the split view? Thanks

You can move the splitter by dragging it with your mouse and drop it at one side. If you press simultaneously the [CTRL] Button on the keyboard the splitter 'Snaps' at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.
