Inside TotalCommander using Totalcommander's built-in functionality? - Hm, not at all, I guess.

Yet, I assume it won't be long till one of our AHK scripting gurus turns up with an AHK script performing the desired action. - Maybe. -

If you are using an external unpacker, you could always create a simple batch file which
+ unpacks the archive to your destination folder
+ checks if unpacking was successful (if not errorlevel 1)
+ if so remove archive file

While there's no other way, you can just press Num / after unpacking: this will select all the archives that were selected before unpacking. Then you can remove them as usual (F8/Del/Shift+F8/Del or smth else).
