Well, simple variations in geometries (triangle vs square vs circle, for instance) are also easy for the eye to distinguish.

I like that icon because a) the colors mean it is obviously a Total Commander icon PLUS b) the disk is tilted, which activates the geometry recognizer in the eye.
Licensed, Mouse-Centric, moving (slowly) toward Touch-centric
