Searched in the help and Wiki with no sucess.

I frequently search for text strings in a group of selected files. Is there a way for the "find text" check box to be automaticaly checked when I enter text into the search box?

I don't think so. I just press Alt+T to set the focus to the "find text" edit box and then start typing the text to find in the files

You can't even enter any text to the "find text" editbox until the 'find text' checkbox is ticked.
