[BUG] Small problem with loading plugins in Ctrl-Q

I've found small bug in TC lister plugin interface.
Lister plugins aren't load when I put cursor on ".." in first directory on drive (like c:\directory\). Just regular TC info is displayed.
But when I put cursor on ".." in deeper directory on drive (c:\directory\directory\ or c:\directory\directory\directory\) plugins are load.
You could test it with IEView or VisualDirSize plugins.
