[REQ] Unicode in Multi-Rename Tool

Any chance of it being implemented in future versions? 'Cause it's one of the primary uses of MRT - to convert foreign filenames into something that every program could work with.

And since I'm at it... Why are there so many dialogs that don't support unicode? Kind of disappointing when you see them in panels but cannot do everything like with normal files... Well, sorry if that was a silly question, just thinking aloud.

Why are there so many dialogs that don't support unicode?
Because TC is a non-Unicode application, and every part of Unicode support should be programmed by hand.
However, Mr. Ghisler has already planned implementing full Unicode support in TC after the forthcoming version 7.0:
