Post by *ir0ck »

Nope I'm not the author and YES this little plugin is Nice !! 14.95 US but whoa what a nice interface to Total Commander. I changed window options when burning a DVD and it freaked out the UI , but still completed successfully burning my compilation. Bravo !! 8)

Not free but for a 30 day test drive :

Of course you are a spammer, noone registers in a forum and promotes an outdated buggy shareware plugin with his first posting because he wants to help anyone.

ComplexCD development has died after release of the much better and free TCBurner plugin, this was at the beginning of 2005, you see?

Now they kick the asses of the people who have supported them in active development and release some new shareware burning app. What a bunch of lamers.

Right on.

Edit later :
I found a nice, free, alternative for reading pdf-files : Foxit Reader . Its Homepage .
No setup needed, just the exe in a dir. Just 2.5 Mb, instead of that monstruous 70 Mb of Acrobat . . .
(plus the necessity of cleaning up the system (dirs and reg0 after removal of the Adobe thing)

DataRecovery is a standalone file recovery application like Restoration but much quicker in scanning.
Looks very promising and is in active development. ;)

Yeah, Foxit Reader is an absolutely great tool! I've been using it for a half a year already. Extremely fast loading of pdf files!
Highly recommended. Adobe Acrobat Reader goes to hell

It is preaty useless if you ask me.

Taskbar++ is on the other hand great tool, but it doesn't work on my system. I also don't like the idea of keeping whole application resident just to drag task buttons. I am thinking to implement this feature as DM2 plugin in (probably distant) future together with bunch of other useful things like "4th caption button" and similar.

I downloaded UNICODE plugin for CLCL and they work fine when I look "clipbard->unicode text" inside viewer. But on ALT+C popUp it is displayed as garbage. Is there any solution to this ?

thx.

I dont think so, because the menu is not unicode. It displays the clipboard chunk rendered as CF_TEXT. If the menu were unicode, all CF_TEXT would show only every 2nd character.

How can you say that !
Menu should be unicode and CF_TEXT should be converted to unicode before display.

I am confused why Japanese programmer didn't implemnt it since he use Japanse language in documentation and in most of his work. OK, there is always solution to go directly to Viewer but then, all practical benefits of ALT C are lost. It is also surprising considering the fact that he did everything to make CLCL customizable almost to the fetish level.
