Is there a way to list automatically the size of each directory in a folder? I know you can do it manually by highlighting the folder and pressing the spacebar. It selects the folder and gives you the size.

or assign the internal command cm_CountDirContent to a button bar

You can hit Alt+Shift+Enter, then all folders will be counted at once or
you could install DirSizeCalc Content plugin by Lefteous and create a custom column to display the size of all folders permanently or on demand.
