What about a search window like in freecommander?
I'm a registered user and is important for me to search files and then to explore each file in his original directory.

Give us more info, I certainly will not install FreeCommander just to see what you mean.

• Maybe is it a non-modal window ? This is not indicated on their "French" Web page…
Moreover, reading that page, I got (spelling-caused) pimples on my nose !

I also appreciate this feature very important.
Few people like to wait idled for the search result, I think.
