Confirm bug with SortUpper=2. When it's 0 or 3 sorting is correct.

It seems that in SortUpper=2 mode TC does not take spaces into account...

Yes, indeed spaces are ignored in mode SortUpper=2. Try using SortUpper=3 instead (if you have IE 6 installed).
