Feature Request : Overwrite when identical in copy/move

In my opinion it would be useful.
A similar feature is used by ACDSEE. It overwrites identical images, and automatically renames different ones.
TC could extend this feature for all the types of files.
It'd be faster, for big directories, than a sync operation, I think
