14.09.05 Added: Separate options dynamic (x.x k/M) and dynamic (x.x k/M/G) (with and without the display in Gigabytes)

When execute cm_OpenDrives, before v7 will display like
C: 2500M/8000M
Now with x.x k/M/G display change to
C: 2.5G/8G

I prefer the old way of display, so still choose x.x k/M setting, but it keep displaying like
C: 2.5G/8G

I think it should be consistent with "size display" setting.

Thanks for your suggestion, I check whether I can change it there too. The change should only affect the header/footer...
