Check it out:
1. Create a new, empty folder on the desktop
2. Run Total Commander and navigate into Documents and Settings\You\Desktop\New folder
3. Try to drag'n'drop the folder from the desktop to its window in Total Commander
4. Enjoy the bug (;

Not very clear for me... The new folder should be drag'n'dropped into itself in TC's window, right? In this case I confirm the report.

Confirmed. At drag-n-droppping the "Error: directory [name] not created" message appears. After pressing "OK" it happens...

Well, you will get an infinite loop, which ends when the maximum path length of 259 is reached. Nothing dangerous. I will still try to catch it, and show an error.
