When pressing Default button in the Tabstops options page, all tabs restore their default values but not "Comments" tab

BTW: Default button not only restore default values but also apply them. Is this a correct behavior? The expected behavior is restoring default values but not applying until pressing Apply button.

Confirmed.

I do not know if this is correct behavior. Something is definitely not right.

Default button applies the default tab stops to the panels.
Hitting Esc key and clicking the Cancel button both cancel the change by the Default button.
However clicking the cross in the upper right corner does not cancel the change made by the Default button. The changes are however not saved to disk. Restarting TC will undo the changes made by the Default button.

Indeed comments were added far later than the "default" button, and were not added to it. I will correct that.

This has been changed ONLY for the case when at least one of the panels shows a comments view.
