If I understand it right: You have only the user root and the password? Is the authentication methods 'password' supported on the server?

The tick is set at option "Use Putty agent (Pageant)". If you can login with user/password remove this tick.

Confirmed. Both issues are fixed.

And yes, the new columns 'user' und 'group' are usefull.

Test of the new version (with a folder which have more then 70.000 files in it): It looks like it is not slower as previous versions of the plugin.

- I tested it with a folder with many files (>70.000): It is _not_ slower, which is the main important thing!
- Switching between Views short and plugin specific (with colums user and group and Attr (permissions)) is ok.
- Windows (with OpenSSH) is ok.

I have not tested "scp only" yet. I will do it: Now I have tested it. It is okay: it is _not_ slower, which is the main important thing!

Helpfull: With this new feature I found randomly an issue on one of the systems here, where some symlinks have wrong rights for user/group.

Halt, stop, do not release 3.10 yet.

The -p parameter for server-server copy is still missing. Without it, server-server copying is completely useless. Please make yourself a little bit informed about it (POSIX, unixoids, etc.), and please implement this before the release of 3.10.

Well, then make a suggestion to change or expand the WFX plugin interface - one that works and makes sense not just for this plugin but for all of them.

I would like to answer this for the moment conclusively: In my opinion, a change is not necessary at the moment. I usually use plugins - like the Tc itself - in the short view. It was important for me that the SFTP plugin always starts in this view and also returns to this view when I terminate a SFTP connection, even if I have switched to the Lang view in the meantime during the connection (because of the new columns user and group). I can achieve this with a ViewMode and a ViewModeSwitch.

There's a typo in one of the Help dialog boxes for the SFTP plugin:

- Install the SFTP Plugin (v3.05)
- Click on the Network icon in the drive bar
- Doubleclick on 'Secure FTP'
- Doubleclick on '_Quick Connection'
- Click on the questionmark button to the right of the text 'Password:'

The last line of the help dialog has the following text:
' "KeyPassword","LoginPasswort" '

The last character should be 'd'.

Please don't forget to examine and modify the Server Server Copy feature, which is unfortunately currently unusable because it does not preserve the files date. This is very inconvenient for me, always copying everything to the local PC and then copying it back up just to get the file date. Or I have - alternatively - log onto the server itself in order to do the server server copying there via "cp -p". Often I start server server copying by mistake and have to abort and delete already copied files because I remember too late that it sucks.

Now Tc11.02 has been successfully released...
