[7.50 PB2]Internal associations ignored in some places.

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

[7.50 PB2]Internal associations ignored in some places.

Post by *m^2 »

1. Create an internal association for some filetype, i.e. *.txt
2. Create a file that matches it's association.
3. Open the file from the TC command line i.e. by typing it's full path and name there and confirming with return. TC uses system association.

The same happens if you create a button with an internally associated file, with em_ commands, in the directory hotlist, in a start menu, possibly somewhere else too.

This is by design. Internal associations are used in file lists only. Currently it's not planned to support them in any other places, sorry.
