Synchronize windows auto-tracking

I have a suggestion for 'Synchronize' window:
Make the current active/processing file automatically selected (ie. auto-track). And that option can be turned on/off (some people might no lke it, maybe)
Well, for comparing small files it doesn't make much sense, but if comparing a lot of huge files, it would be nice to have the current selected file displayed automatically without having to scroll down. (Say, sat back and waited for one minute for each file...)
