Is possible a version for windows phone 7.5 for example lumia 800?

Sorry but no. Apps on Windows phone 7.x do not have access to the file system. Each app only sees its own data. Therefore a file manager would be useless. Just store your data "in the cloud" as it's intended by Microsoft.

Only has a idea to create a similar program "filebrowse" to copy, paste, move in windows phone.
