I still have this problem in TC 8.0 final 32 bit under Windows XP 32bit and Intel Express Chipset video adapter.

I only fixed the TabbedTextOut function for displaying. I guess that the function for measuring the text length has a similar bug. I didn't want to touch that because of the risk of introducing new bugs at the last moment. Btw, when you switch to edit mode and jump to the end of the text, you can srcoll there by typing any character...
