New Lister plugin: xBase: DBF and UDL View (with sources)

Allows view and edit DBF, FPT, DBT files with any types of index files. Support VFP8. Quick index
search and index filter. SQL filter and SQL query. Create and modify indexes and structures. Print
to Excel. The service operations on DBF.
In additional allows view, print, search, filter and SQL query for Paradox and MS Access files, and
any database, e.g. MS SQL Server, to which is access on UDL file, and their export to DBF-format.
Create UDL file. Sources available.
