The older AddTime can indeed not change directory timestamps. But the newer one (AddTime addon 2) claims to be able to do that according to the screenshot on totalcmd.net. See the option "Set Directories Date/Time".

You are right - downloaded it and it works for directories tooBut the newer one (AddTime addon 2) claims to be able to do that
